The room was clean, but the elevator barely worked during my stay.

This was just a great fit for a weekend outing in Charlotte with extraordinarily good value for money. The breakfast had probably the best free biscuits I've had at any hotel. Make sure to check out the Waffle House in the parking lot for a late-night snack!

Had a fantastic time with friends! The indoor pool was a highlight. We loved how close it was to the Discovery Place museum and Carowinds theme park. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was decent. Perfect spot for a fun group getaway!

A thorough cleaning of the air conditioning unit could significantly improve air quality in the room.
